Will I keep my phone number?
Yes. You can start on a brand-new UK number within minutes, and bring your existing number across for free. Moving a number (porting) is a regulated process between the old and new providers and can take up to six weeks - you keep using your current phones the whole time, and it switches over with no downtime.
Do I need new handsets, or can I use my own?
No new hardware needed to get going - your team can make and take calls from a web browser today, with native iPhone and Android apps coming soon. Prefer desk phones? We can supply them pre-configured and ready to plug in, or help you set up supported handsets you already have.
What happens if my internet goes down?

How much do calls cost?
Inbound calls are unlimited on every plan, subject to fair use. On Standard, outbound UK calls are pay-as-you-go - 2p per minute to UK landlines and 4p to UK mobiles. Pro includes 500 UK outbound minutes per user, pooled across your whole team, with anything beyond at those same rates. No line-rental tricks and no surprise bills.
How quickly can we be up and running?
