When the apps launch, you will sign in with your Voxora account and your extension is ready on the device you already use.
Do calls ring when the app is closed?
Yes. Push notifications wake the app for incoming calls, so your phone rings even when the app is in the background. You will not miss a business call just because the app is not open on screen.
Does it cost extra to call from the mobile app?
No. The app is part of your Voxora plan and uses your business phone system, so calls are billed the same way whether you are on the app, your desk phone or the browser. There is nothing extra to buy.
Which plan includes the mobile app?
Both. When the iOS and Android apps launch they are included with Standard at £6.95 and Pro at £9.95 per user per month, at no extra cost. Every user will be able to take their work number with them on mobile.
