A webhook is an automatic message your phone system sends to a web address you choose the moment something happens on a call. When a call ends, is answered, is missed, or a recording becomes available, Voxora sends the call details to your URL so your own systems can react in real time.

What call events can I subscribe to?

You can fire webhooks when a call ends, is answered, is missed, or when a call recording becomes available. Each webhook carries the details of that call, so you only receive the events you care about.

Can I customise the data that gets sent?

Yes. You can shape the payload Voxora sends so it matches what your system expects, and you can add your own headers, for example an authorisation token. That means most tools can receive Voxora events without any middleware in between.

Do I need a developer to use webhooks?

To receive webhooks you need somewhere to send them, which usually means a developer or a no-code automation tool that can accept incoming web requests. If you simply want call activity in a CRM, our Freshsales integration is ready to use without writing any code.
