The 90 included minutes are meant for overflow and after-hours cover, not an all-day phone line; beyond that it is 25p per minute.

Pricing questions
Is the price you show the price I pay?
Yes. We are not currently VAT registered, so the prices shown are exactly what you pay - there is no VAT added on top. Standard is £6.95, Pro is £9.95 and Premium is £14.99 per user per month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Voxora is sold on a simple monthly rolling basis with no long lock-in. You can add or remove users as your team changes and cancel whenever you need to.
What is metered on top of the per-user price?
Your per-user plan includes every feature. UK numbers are £3 per month each, with one free during your trial. On top of that you pay for the outbound minutes you make: 2p per minute to UK landlines and 4p per minute to UK mobiles. Pro includes 500 pooled UK outbound minutes per user, shared across your team, then the same 2p and 4p rates. AI call transcription on Pro is £0.015 per minute, and the optional AI receptionist add-on is £29.99 per month. Inbound calls to your UK numbers and all the apps are included. International and non-geographic numbers are available on request.
Does number porting cost extra?
No. Porting your existing UK number to Voxora is free. We handle the transfer in the background so your line keeps working through the switch, and you can also start straight away on a new UK number.
What does the AI receptionist cost?
The AI receptionist is an optional add-on for any plan at £29.99 per month, which includes up to 5 unique agents and 90 minutes of AI call time. Beyond 90 minutes it is 25p per minute. It is designed as overflow and after-hours cover, so 90 minutes is not meant to cover an all-day phone line. As a guide, a busy month using 240 minutes would be about £67.49 in total. Do I need to buy desk phones?
No. You can be up and running on day one from your browser, with no hardware to buy and native mobile apps coming soon. Desk phones are fully supported if you want them, but they are optional.
