How does click to call from the CRM work?

Tap a phone number on a contact record and Voxora places the call for you, so there is no copying digits or misdials. You can also use the Voxora click-to-call browser extension to dial numbers from inside your CRM.

Do calls get logged in the CRM automatically?

Yes. Each call is logged automatically against the right contact, with the date, direction and duration. On Pro, AI call summaries and notes can be written back to the CRM so your records stay current without manual typing.

Can it identify who is calling?
