Which features are included in the price?
The Standard plan includes the full phone system - calling on browser, mobile and desk phones, extensions, ring groups, auto attendant, business-hours routing and voicemail. Pro adds call recording, AI call transcription, call-centre queues with a live wallboard, CRM integration and advanced call flows. Prices are per user per month - see pricing.
Is the AI receptionist a feature or an add-on?
The AI receptionist is an optional add-on, £29.99 per month, with 5 agents and 90 minutes of AI call time included, then 25p per minute. Everything else on this page is part of the phone system itself.
Can I use these features on a mobile?
Yes. The same phone system works on the browser, the iOS and Android apps and desk phones, so your team can use it wherever they are.
