What is a cloud phone system?

A cloud phone system (hosted PBX) runs your business calls over the internet instead of an old on-site phone box. Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. We port your UK numbers across for free, including 01, 02, 03 and 0800 numbers, and there is no downtime during the move. You can also add new local, national or freephone numbers in minutes.

What happens to my calls if my broadband goes down?

Calls divert to mobile if your broadband drops, so you keep taking calls during an outage. Because routing happens in the cloud rather than on a box in your office, an internet problem at one site does not take your phone system offline.

Which devices can I use with Voxora?

The same system works in your web browser as a softphone and on auto-provisioned Yealink and Fanvil desk phones, with native iOS and Android apps coming soon. Desk phones plug in and go - no manual SIP setup. Everyone shares the same extensions, contacts and call history wherever they sign in.

How quickly can we go live?

How much does the Voxora phone system cost?
